Items must be returned to us unused, in their original packaging and with all original brand labels still attached.

The warranty on our watches is 5 years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage to any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, improper use of the watch and failure to follow the instructions provided by Depancel.
