Your Depancel watch is covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects identified under normal use of the watch. Following inspection by our technical team, any component found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

1. Theft, loss, force majeure, or natural disasters.

2. Normal wear and ageing of the watch, including scratches on the crystal, changes in the colour or material of non-metallic straps (leather, textile, rubber), as well as wear to coatings and plated metals.

3. Any damage affecting all or part of the watch resulting from improper handling, inappropriate use, lack of maintenance, negligence, an accident (drop, impact, scratch, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), failure to follow the use and care recommendations provided by Depancel, or any intervention, repair, modification or opening of the watch carried out by a third party not authorised by Depancel.

4. Water ingress resulting from use that does not comply with the water resistance rating of the model, particularly if the crown or pushers are operated underwater or while the watch is wet.
